אפליקציית "דקלה בסון | פשוט לרדת במשקל" (il.co.dikladiet.app)
אפשר למחוק את החשבון ואת כל הנתונים שלו בכל רגע, בשתי דרכים.
מתוך האפליקציה, מיד
- פותחים את האפליקציה ונכנסים לחשבון.
- לוחצים על אני (למעלה במסך הבית).
- גוללים למטה ולוחצים על מחיקת החשבון.
- מאשרים פעמיים. החשבון נמחק באותו רגע.
במייל
אפשר גם לכתוב ל־Dikladiet@gmail.com מכתובת המייל שאיתה נרשמת, ולבקש מחיקה. נטפל בבקשה תוך 7 ימי עסקים לכל היותר.
מה נמחק
- פרטי החשבון: שם וכתובת מייל.
- הנתונים האישיים: שנת לידה, גובה, משקל, היקפים וכל המדידות.
- סימוני הארוחות והרצף.
- השיחות עם הדיאטנית הדיגיטלית והתמונות ששלחת.
- ההתאמות האישיות שביצעת בתפריטים.
המחיקה היא לצמיתות ואי אפשר לשחזר. לא נשמר עותק ולא נשארת תקופת שמירה נוספת.
מה לא נמחק
רשומות חיוב, אם קיימות, נשמרות אצל ספק התשלומים כנדרש בחוק. מחיקת החשבון באפליקציה אינה מבטלת את המנוי; לביטול המנוי כותבים לאותה כתובת מייל.

Account deletion (summary in English)
To delete your account in the "Dikla Bason | Simply Lose Weight" app (il.co.dikladiet.app): open the app, tap אני (Me), scroll down and tap מחיקת החשבון (Delete account), then confirm twice. The account and all its data are deleted immediately. Alternatively, email Dikladiet@gmail.com from your registered address and we will delete it within 7 business days.
Deleted: name, email, birth year, height, weight and body measurements, meal check-ins, chat history with the AI assistant including photos, and personal menu adjustments. Deletion is permanent, with no additional retention period. Billing records held by the payment provider are kept as required by law.
